PRACTICAL SKILLS WEEK ITINERARY

For Module 2, Provided Patients pathway students will attend a 5 day Preclinical Practical Skills Week covering:

- Patient assessment
- CBCT analysis
- Digital implant planning
- Implant placement

- Implant impressions
- Raising flaps
- Prosthodontics and occlusion
- Gowning & gloving
- Suturing


Location:  Moller Institute, Churchill College, University of Cambridge, England

Dates:  

Monday 18th - Friday 22nd March 2024

 

Assessment is by Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs).

 

Experienced implant practitioners accepted on the Experienced Practitioner (Treat Own Patients) Pathway do not attend the Preclinical Practical Skills Week and are exempt from Module 2 assessments.
