
Experienced Practitioner Pathway
The Experienced Practitioner Pathway is for dentists who are already experienced in implant dentistry.
Delegates on the Experienced Practitioner Pathway must:
- be currently placing and restoring implants
- have had at least 2 years of experience in implant dentistry
- have previously treated at least 20 implant cases
The Experienced Practitioner Pathway programme is delivered as tutor supported online learning via our dedicated VLE.

Delegates on the Experienced Practitioner Pathway submit 6 Case Reports of patients that have previously been treated by the practitoner. Guidance on the Case Report format is provided on the VLE.
The DipImpDent is a 120 credit regulated and accredited qualification.
